Thys Geyser was one of the founding directors of Imperial Bank in the late ‘90s, where after he became the MD of one of the first Mortgage Origination companies in SA. After that he started his own real estate company and then specialised in syndicate or fractional ownership investments. In this capacity he was once again the MD of a leading realtor’s fractional initiative and the founder of the first self regulating body for that niche in the property market.
PREVIOUS PROJECTS
The founders have developed multiple single residential upmarket residences in Gauteng, Cape Town and the Garden Coast, while also renovating projects in KZN, Gauteng, Cape Town and France .
Joint and single owned projects were structured in France as a special interest.
CURRENT PROJECTS
The firm is currently involved in structuring a joint ownership project in the South of France, developing single residential homestead in Franschhoek and in structuring a dedicated Property Fund.
